Dear Prime Minister:

I am an engineer writing to you from London, Canada. I am taking time out from my Father's Day celebration because I am concerned about the grave state of vaccination in Nepal. The UK has a uniquely strong relationship with Nepal. Thousands of Nepali people have server with HRH's armed forces and the UK is the largest donor to Nepal.

1.4 mil. Nepali persons have received a single dose of the Oxford – AstraZeneca vaccine, but have no access to the crucial second done. Please immediately provide an additional 1.4 million doses so that this group can have robust protection from Covid-19 during the critical June 27th – July 5th recommended dosing window.

Please also share urgently any additional doses and encourage other to do the same (preferably through COVAX).

Finally, it's urgent that you support the WTO TRIPS waiver to lift the intellectual property rights restrictions and push pharmaceutical companies to share their knowledge and technology with other manufacturers to maximize global supply.

I look forward to your reply on this urgent matter.

Sincerely, Shawn Nock
